A group of luxury safari camps is seeking an AREA MANAGEMENT COUPLE to oversee multiple establishments in Namibia.This is a critical role responsible for maintaining high standards of guest service, staff management, and operational excellence across the portfolio. The ideal candidates for this role will have a shared passion for hospitality and a dedication to the conservation of the natural surroundings. This position requires individuals who can lead teams, manage finances, and handle the day-to-day operations with a keen eye for detail. A commitment to guest satisfaction and environmental stewardship is essential for success in this role.Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrated leadership in hospitality or camp management (5+ years preferred)
Proven record of leading multiple teams
Strong financial and operational oversight skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to environmental sustainability and community impact
Willingness to travel between Windhoek and the camps
