As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating projects including technical, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals, and objectivesYour responsibilities will include:
  • Assess own and supplier capacities to ensure resource availability and optimization.
  • Assemble and submit commercially competitive offers and tenders on time.
  • Provide effective technical solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage client relationships and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Track, monitor, and report commercial performance throughout projects.
  • Review accuracy of subordinate tenders and ensure efficient project execution.
ProfileWe seek the ideal candidate profile with:Educational background:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical,
Mechatronic or Industrial) * Bachelor of Science degree in engineering(Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial)Industry knowledge:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a project engineer/project manager in an engineering field.
  • Experience in the mining, oil and gas industry
would be advantages * Experience in managing a steel workshop would be advantagesJob Knowledge:
  • Basic knowledge of ISO9001
  • Basic knowledge of AWS D1.1, DNV 2.7-1 or ASME B31.3 (or ASME B31.1)
  • Exposure to exports and imports including the application of INCOTERMS
  • Chapter 4 of the Namibia Labour Act (Health
