- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the store.
- Ensure accurate processing of all transactions, paperwork, and reporting.
- Take full ownership of stock integrity, including receiving, cycle counts, stock takes, and variance investigations.
- Ensure compliance with internal control processes, including cash management and store audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping for inventory, sales, returns, and supplier documentation.
- Support the Store Manager in preparing financial and operational reports.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation, leave tracking, and timekeeping systems.
- Liaise with head office departments (Finance, HR, Logistics) to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of issues.
- Enforce and maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Help drive operational efficiency and suggest process improvements where relevant.
- Completed Namibian Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail or administrative management role.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Proven experience in stock control, systems, and process-driven environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
