- Assist with daily stock management: receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records for sales, returns, supplier documentation, and stock movement.
- Support with cash-up processes and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly filed, stored, and accessible when required.
- Assist with the coordination of store deliveries and logistics tracking.
- Help prepare reports on stock levels, variances, and admin controls.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks like timekeeping, leave tracking, and onboarding paperwork.
- Communicate with head office departments to follow up on admin and logistics queries.
- Provide general administrative support to the Store and Admin Manager as needed.
- Completed Namibian Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO).
- 1-2 years' experience in a retail or office administration environment.
- Good Excel and basic reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, dependable, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working with stock and operational systems.
- Clear communicator with a helpful, team-first attitude.
- Experience in a premium retail environment.
- Exposure to Apple products, processes, and retail systems.
