  • Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and interviews to assess the current organizational culture and identify misalignments with desired values.
  • Identify high-risk culture indicators such as poor tone at the top, excessive pressure, lack of communication, or dismissiveness of red flags.
Develop and Implement Policies
  • Assist in developing and implementing cultural governance frameworks, policies, and codes of conduct aligned with FNB’s core values.
  • Ensure integration of ethical behavior and culture risk considerations into enterprise risk management.
Monitor and Report
  • Develop key risk indicators (KRIs) for culture and ethics and report findings to senior management and the Risk Committee.
  • Monitor emerging culture-related risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Facilitate Training & Engagement
  • Drive initiatives that promote ethical behavior, responsible risk-taking, and a speak-up culture.
  • Train leadership and teams on the impact of culture risk and how to uphold FNB Namibia’s ethical standards.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Work with HR, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Corporate Affairs to embed a strong risk-aware culture.
  • Facilitate “tone at the top” programs and culture improvement campaigns.
You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: Relevant degree in Psychology, Human Behaviour, and or related fields of study.
  • 5 - 8 years in a Risk environment of which 1-2 years ideally at a middle management level.
  • Financial services sector experience will be an added advantage
