
Risk Manager

- Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and interviews to assess the current organizational culture and identify misalignments with desired values.
- Identify high-risk culture indicators such as poor tone at the top, excessive pressure, lack of communication, or dismissiveness of red flags.
- Assist in developing and implementing cultural governance frameworks, policies, and codes of conduct aligned with FNB’s core values.
- Ensure integration of ethical behavior and culture risk considerations into enterprise risk management.
- Develop key risk indicators (KRIs) for culture and ethics and report findings to senior management and the Risk Committee.
- Monitor emerging culture-related risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Drive initiatives that promote ethical behavior, responsible risk-taking, and a speak-up culture.
- Train leadership and teams on the impact of culture risk and how to uphold FNB Namibia’s ethical standards.
- Work with HR, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Corporate Affairs to embed a strong risk-aware culture.
- Facilitate “tone at the top” programs and culture improvement campaigns.
- Minimum qualification: Relevant degree in Psychology, Human Behaviour, and or related fields of study.
- 5 - 8 years in a Risk environment of which 1-2 years ideally at a middle management level.
- Financial services sector experience will be an added advantage
