Senior Regional Geologist

• Lead target generation and project development at country scale, using geological, geophysical, and geochemical datasets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including farmers, landowners, and exploration licence holders.
• Conduct negotiations with various licence owners, local communities, and other third parties to secure access and collaboration.
• Maintain a proactive and professional relationship with government entities, particularly at the ministry level.
• Manage and supervise field teams, ensuring efficient planning and execution of mapping and sampling.
• Oversee accurate and reliable data collection, ensuring integration with central exploration databases.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and prioritisation of regional exploration programs.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration, with a strong focus on regional geology.
• Proficient in GIS software (QGIS).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly in multicultural environments.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within Namibia.
