Senior Project Geologist

• Oversee daily drilling operations, including coordination with contractors and internal teams.
• Supervise and mentor a team of field geologists and technicians to ensure high-quality geological logging, sampling, and data recording.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational protocols on site.
• Produce regular geological reports, including progress summaries, data interpretation, and recommendations.
• Interpret geological data using 3D modelling software; familiarity with underground resource modelling is a plus.
• Contribute to ongoing exploration strategy through accurate field-based insights.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and training to junior staff to facilitate capacity development.

• Degree in Geology or related Earth Sciences field.
• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration or mining geology, including at least half for gold.
• Strong field leadership skills and operational discipline.
• Proficient in geological software and 3D modelling tools (e.g., Leapfrog, Micro mine).
• Experience with resource modelling, particularly underground, is required.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in remote environments under minimal supervision.
• Competent Person for reporting under the JORC code.
