- Extensive experience in a similar client management role, preferably within the ICT or technology sector.
- Proven success in a sales-driven environment, with strong client engagement and retention skills.
- Experience negotiating with clients and vendors at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage regional or multi-location accounts.
- Solid experience analyzing commercial data to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals, growth, and solution adoption.
- Influence key stakeholders and decision-makers to strengthen client engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Mach10 network and teams across regions to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets by aligning client needs with Mach10's solutions and services.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention by proactively managing account health.
- Utilize Mach10's sales tools and methodologies to manage pipelines, forecasts, and opportunities.
- Drive profitability and improve client satisfaction across the assigned portfolio.
- Champion the client experience across the full sales lifecycle, ensuring client success.
- Identify client needs and match them to Mach10's value proposition through consultative selling.
- Conduct competitive analysis to strengthen Mach10's position and offer client-focused solutions.
- Promote strong financial governance and compliance in all client engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution.
- Sales & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to position solutions that align with client objectives.
- Client Engagement: Proven experience in managing client relationships throughout the full lifecycle with a focus on long-term value and trust-building.
- Solution Selling: Deep understanding of technology solutions and market trends, with the ability to apply them to client needs.
- Sales Execution: Skilled in opportunity identification, pursuit strategies, and closing techniques.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute account strategies that align with client and business goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
