
Business Development Manager - Namibia

- Responsible for revenue generation across the allocated region
- Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability
- Conduct customer seminars as per the requirement of the region
- Update management on business process, operating plans, financial model, and profitability
- Develop and adjust sales and marketing strategies to qualify for market trend, competitors and customers
- Develop and implement management plan for both short term and long-term sales goals
- Build up sales knowledge to remain up-to-date
- Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall Company policy
- Allocate use of available resources
- Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
- Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports
- Responsible for the achievement of allocated monetary targets
- Direct and support the support team during any specific operational projects, such as strike action, to ensure optimum advantage of the opportunity
- Continually apply and monitor that correct policies and procedures are being applied
- Namibian citizenship
- Completed secondary education and a relevant tertiary qualification
- Advanced knowledge of Namibian labour legislation
- At least 5 years’ sales experience with a proven sales track record, preferably within the Temporary Employment Services industry
- At least 3 years recruitment experience
- At least 2 years’ management experience
- Public speaking ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
