- Should be able to compile detailed reports with all needed measurements and important recommendations. ( Computer skills )
- Must be able to have proper communication skills towards Superintended or client.( International Marine Language English )
- Must be a team player and understand the Marine urgency and should be able to work full 12 Hours a day & be cooled headed under high pressure situations
- Must understand the basics of various propulsion products. ( Azimuth thrusters, Tunnel thrusters, retractable thrusters, Tail shafts Est ) CPP & Fix pitch propulsion.
- Must be able to travel alone to any location and reflect good working standards on any given project.
- Ability to simplify complex problems ( Troubleshoot )
