During the period of employment, the Intern will perform varied tasks which may include research, analysis, administration, process and project work that add value to the business area.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, banking or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field
- Statistics or Data Sciences
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field
- B.Com (Hon) Financial Management
- Degree in Finance / data analytics
- Degree in : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management
- Degree in : Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture
- Degree in : Operations Management (Security)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Chemical or Metallurgy)
- Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science / Informatics, Information Technology/Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science
- Bachelor's Degree in: Law ( Focus on Technology or privacy law), Certified Cybersecurity / Information Security, Certified Data governance/Information systems, Certified Information/Data Privacy
- Degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics
- Applicants must be Namibian Citizens
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 31
- Applicants must have been unemployed for at least 6 months
- Relevant tertiary qualification in line with above fields
- 65% - 70% academic average in tertiary qualification
- Applicant must have no or limited work experience (less than 12 months’ work experience of a part-time/casual nature)
