We are launching a new online casino and sports betting brand, focused on the African market, backed by a well-established iGaming holding. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Affiliate to build and lead our affiliate marketing function from scratch.This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership, drive performance, and shape our growth trajectory in one of the most dynamic markets in the world.The Role
Build and implement an affiliate acquisition and growth strategy tailored to African regions
Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners across casino and sportsbook verticals
Negotiate partnership models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and define KPIs
Monitor affiliate performance by analyzing traffic quality, ROI, retention, and player value
Ensure transparent reporting, payment accuracy, and partner compliance
Launch initiatives to increase partner engagement and retention
Work closely with product, marketing, and CRM teams to align acquisition efforts with lifecycle and retention strategies
Ideal Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager or Head of Affiliate in iGaming
Solid understanding of casino and sportsbook verticals
Proven track record in growing affiliate programs from scratch
Excellent negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills
Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance metrics
Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
