About the job ReceptionistOur client that is known to be staff & training/development centric, is looking to expand their team and invite passionate individuals to apply to this position.Job Summary:As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company, and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.Key Performance Areas:
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
  • Prepare and mail all NamPost / DHL / UPS / Fed Ex packages.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Oversee all aspects of publication order including inventory and maintenance of inventory.
  • Monitoring, all purchase orders.
  • Providing administrative support which included organization and daily maintenance of office communication system, filing, correspondence copying, etc.
  • Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
  • Maintaining a constant awareness of the business context and company profitability.
  • Agreeing in-house standards.
  • Defining processes and procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
  • Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
  • Working methodically to establish a clearly defined management system that all staff can apply.
  • Setting up and maintain controls and documentation.
  • Pinpointing relevant quality related training needs.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience.
