Implement leading data and analytics-based audit tools and approaches in the execution of audits
Manage engagement economics and communicate significant issues to the Engagement Manager and Engagement Partners, as well as clients
Understand our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients
Manage client expectations
Managing audit teams, including in managing and coordinating audit engagements, setting engagement strategy, its execution and conclusion on financial statements.
Manage audit engagements, manage risk and apply professional scepticism
Apply risk management policies and procedures on engagements with an understanding of global and local independence rules
Assist Partners with generating new business opportunities and building client networks and relationships
Enhance EY's brand positioning through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients
Building, fostering and maintaining client relationships
Provide strategic and relevant insight, connectedness and responsiveness to all clients

Qualifications and Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(Nam)) or ACCA member.
Thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques
Experience of the entire audit process
Compliance with regulatory requirements
Expreince within a blue-chip audit form would be advantagous
3 to 5 years post articles Audit experience

Technical skills requirements

Minimum five years of relevant work experience preferred
Strong understanding of IFRS, including IFRS 9 and IFRS 7
Detailed understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies
Understanding of Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) procedures
Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements
