- Coordinate training procedures, planning, and student enrollments
- Manage student induction and examination administration (internal & external)
- Coordinate training schedules, planning, and student enrolment
- Support soft course planning and bookings
- Record and report monthly aircraft hours
- Prepare and issue training-related quotations
- Assist with insurance administration for students and flight crew
- Process and maintain debtor and creditor records
- Handle banking transactions and reconciliation
- Manage petty cash transactions and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff professionally
- Oversee office and coffee station upkeep
- Maintain stationery, stock levels, and office supplies
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure facilities meet required standards
- Handle filing, record-keeping, and document control
- Provide general administrative and reception support to management and staff
- Liaise with service providers and external stakeholders
- Ensure proper document control and checks when scheduler is unavailable
- Support internal processes with timely and accurate reporting
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as required
- Previous experience in administration, training coordination, or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of debtor/creditor processes and financial record-keeping
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); accounting software knowledge an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Drivers License
- Namibian citizen
