Grade 12 with Certificate in food/ lean manufacturing or related fields .
Knowledge of BRC, ISO 9000 and 14000 family of standards.
Maximum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support.
Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure production schedules are met.
Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
Track production data and generate reports on efficiency, output, and downtime.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
